A perfectionist and self-proclaimed school nerd, Jessica is obsessed with using her problem-solving skills to help her clients overcome all types of physical instability so they can live the life they want.  The Muscle Restoration process is the culmination of Jessica’s formal education, 20 years of experience in both clinical and health & fitness settings, and her passion for creating custom-built strategies for better health and happiness.

Muscle Training

STEP 1: CONSULTATION 

Learn more about how you can use the Muscle Restoration process as a problem-solving tool for your chronic injury, muscle imbalance, and painful movement in this 60-minute session.

STEP 2:  evaluation 

This 90-minute session includes screenings of your posture, ranges of motion, joint stability, and neuromuscular function.  The goal of the Evaluation is to identify your body’s areas of opportunity for improvements in muscle contraction, control, and endurance that contribute to your chronic injury, muscle imbalances, and pain.  You’ll receive a custom-designed, strategic Plan of Action perfectly aligned with your goals and objectives, so you can get back to doing the activities you want as soon as possible.

STEP 3: SESSION WORK

Each Muscle Restoration session provides you with the unique education your body requires to restore high-quality neuromuscular communication, leading to improved muscle function.  The goal of each session is to assess and address areas of poor muscle function and to “re-educate” your muscle system, giving it the information it needs to solve its own problems.  Each session improves the control of your muscles and stability of your joints.

STEP 4: CUSTOM-DESIGNED EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION

Jessica designs your ongoing, optimal exercise prescription to strategically progress and improve your muscle function and control where you need it the most.  Your Exercise Prescription serves as your custom-built toolbox for your chronic injuries, muscle imbalances, and painful movement.
